* Define and own the marketing vision and strategic direction for Preply’s Expansion mission
* Shape go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, and channel strategies for new categories and audience segments
* Partner with Brand and Product Marketing to evolve Preply’s positioning beyond language learning, grounding decisions in customer insight and validating them before full-scale deployment
* Define funnel KPIs for new segments and categories, own reporting cadence, and hold the team accountable for results
* Represent marketing in senior cross-functional forums and integrate expansion marketing into business planning from validation through launch
* Develop repeatable go-to-market frameworks for expansion across subjects, geographies, and personas Требования:
* Significant marketing experience, including substantial time in senior leadership roles
* Proven track record of building and scaling marketing functions in high-growth, international environments




* Ability to set vision and strategy while applying hands-on judgment to channel mix, creative direction, and performance optimization
* Deep experience launching in new markets, categories, or audience segments, including defining positioning, building playbooks, and iterating based on market feedback
* Strong data, opportunity-sizing, and performance-framework skills; able to build business cases for marketing investment and measure impact precisely
* Exceptional communication skills, including framing trade-offs and aligning senior stakeholders across functions and geographies
* Strong understanding of brand positioning and its impact on business outcomes, with experience in repositioning or brand extension in competitive markets
* Demonstrated success hiring, developing, and retaining senior marketing talent, and building high-performing teams in dynamic, ambiguous environments
