Key Responsibilities

Conduct full-cycle executive searches for C-suite, VP, and Director-level positions within the financial services sector. Develop comprehensive search strategies, including market intelligence gathering, organizational mapping, and targeted outreach. Identify, assess, and engage with high-caliber candidates, evaluating their qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment. Build and maintain a robust network of contacts within the financial industry. Partner closely with clients to understand their strategic needs, organizational culture, and leadership requirements. Manage candidate relationships with discretion and professionalism throughout the search process. Present qualified candidates to clients,



providing detailed insights and recommendations. Negotiate complex compensation packages and facilitate offer acceptance. Stay informed about market trends, competitive intelligence, and compensation benchmarks in the financial sector. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive search or high-level recruitment, with a strong specialization in the financial services industry. Demonstrated success in conducting complex searches for senior leadership roles. Excellent understanding of financial markets, banking, insurance, and investment management. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build rapport and trust with senior executives. Proficiency in using advanced search techniques and CRM/ATS systems. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Benefits
