About the Role
Head of Corporate Finance & Accounting | Madrid Responsibilities
* Lead statutory accounting under Spanish GAAP (PGC) and monthly close
* Prepare reporting and consolidation packages for our parent group
* Coordinate external audit and statutory filings (Registro Mercantil, Tax Authorities)
* Manage relationships with external tax and legal advisors
* Manage intercompany transactions and support treasury, intragroup funding and cash management
* Build and improve finance processes and controls Qualifications
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar Required Skills
* Solid experience in Spanish statutory accounting and tax compliance




* Experience in multinational or group reporting environments; knowledge of IFRS is a strong plus
* Experience managing intercompany financial transactions, including cross-charges, cost reallocation and the settlement of balances between group entities
* Experience coordinating cross-border cash flows and fund transfers between companies within an international group
* Spanish and English required (both fluent); French is a plus
* Hands‑on, autonomous profile, comfortable in a growing organisation Preferred Skills
