* Strong understanding of innovation processes and intellectual property management.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, adapted for remote environments.
* Proficiency in advanced project management software and collaboration platforms.
* Ability to think strategically and translate scientific concepts into actionable project plans.
* Experience working in a remote-first or distributed team environment.
