The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Learning Design Manager to join our team in Madrid on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of high-impact executive learning solutions, working closely with corporate clients, senior stakeholders and internal teams in a dynamic, international environment. You will play a key role in translating business challenges into innovative, engaging and measurable learning experiences. What You'll Do
* Design impactful executive education and corporate learning programmes, from initial concept through to delivery.
* Partner with commercial teams to understand client needs and develop compelling learning proposals.
* Lead collaborative design workshops and create tailored learning journeys.
* Work closely with faculty,



subject matter experts and delivery teams to ensure exceptional learning experiences.
* Integrate innovative learning methodologies, digital technologies and impact measurement into programme design. What We're Looking For
* 8+ years of experience in executive education, corporate learning or learning solution design.
* Strong experience working directly with corporate clients and senior stakeholders.
* Proven ability to translate business challenges into effective learning solutions.
* Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
* Knowledge of digital learning, blended learning and emerging learning technologies.
* A proactive, collaborative and commercially minded approach.
* Professional fluency in English. Spanish is a plus.

* Competitive

salary:
55.000€ – 60.000€ gross per annum (pro rata), with no bonus.
