* 1. Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and smooth daily operations.
* 2. Oversee roster planning, including staff scheduling, ensuring optimal coverage for operations.
* 3. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, overseeing the picking, packing, and dispatching processes.
* 4. Monitor and maintain warehouse safety standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
* 5. Train and mentor staff to ensure high performance and productivity levels.
* 6. Coordinate with other departments (logistics, procurement) to meet operational goals and timelines.




* 7. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team.
* 8. Address and resolve any operational issues that arise on the floor promptly and effectively.

Requirements:
* 1. Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
* 2. Strong background in roster planning and staff scheduling.
