We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional with strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment. The ideal candidate must have a high level or native level of English, and a high or native level of Spanish, as the role requires daily communication with international teams and clients across different European markets. * Manage the workflow and delivery of a high volume of assets for multiple markets across Europe.
* Maintain close coordination with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
* Monitor progress, flag risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep production moving smoothly.
* Use tools like Jira to manage tasks, track progress, and ensure transparency across teams.




* Guarantee that client guidelines and delivery specifications are followed precisely.
* Proven experience in project management, preferably in creative or digital environments.
* Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as Jira.
* Fluent English (C1 level or higher) is mandatory, as you'll work directly with stakeholders from across Europe.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of assets.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and keep track of multiple priorities.
* English native or C1-C2.
