What you will do Drive user adoption and increase automation rates of an existing AI-enabled solution. Own and prioritise the product backlog with business and IT stakeholders. Coordinate project deliverables, risks, dependencies and stakeholders. Translate business needs into requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria. Facilitate workshops to identify process improvements and automation opportunities. Analyse user feedback, support cases and operational data to identify barriers. Coordinate user acceptance testing, training, rollout, hypercare and ongoing support. Work with IT teams, business experts and external vendors to resolve incidents, bugs and enhancement requests. What you bring Approximately 3-5 years of experience in project management, business analysis,



product ownership or process improvement. Experience with digitalisation, automation, AI or business transformation projects. Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify process inefficiencies. Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops and translating business needs into solution requirements. Understanding of process mapping and process optimisation techniques. Exposure to ERP, CRM, workflow automation or AI-enabled solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments. Professional working proficiency in English.
