Prosper AI, headquartered in New York with an office in Barcelona, is expanding its team in Barcelona. We are seeking our first dedicated Recruiter to own searches from kickoff with hiring managers through to signed offers, and to shape our hiring processes as we scale. You will report to the Head of People, partnering with managers and founders. This role is based in our Barcelona office, requiring at least three days per week in person.
