Key Responsibilities
* Conduct full-cycle executive searches for C-suite, VP, and Director-level positions within the financial services sector.
* Develop comprehensive search strategies, including market intelligence gathering, organizational mapping, and targeted outreach.
* Identify, assess, and engage with high-caliber candidates, evaluating their qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
* Build and maintain a robust network of contacts within the financial industry.
* Partner closely with clients to understand their strategic needs, organizational culture, and leadership requirements.
* Manage candidate relationships with discretion and professionalism throughout the search process.
* Present qualified candidates to clients,



providing detailed insights and recommendations.
* Negotiate complex compensation packages and facilitate offer acceptance.
* Stay informed about market trends, competitive intelligence, and compensation benchmarks in the financial sector. Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive search or high-level recruitment, with a strong specialization in the financial services industry.
* Demonstrated success in conducting complex searches for senior leadership roles.
* Excellent understanding of financial markets, banking, insurance, and investment management.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to build rapport and trust with senior executives.
* Proficiency in using advanced search techniques and CRM/ATS systems.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
