Role Description
I am seeking a highly motivated Store Manager for a full-time on-site position located in Mallorca.
The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Responsibilities include managing the store team of around 8 people, achieving sales targets, monitoring inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Proficiency in Store Management, including leading teams and achieving sales goals
Excellent Communication skills to motivate teams and engage with customers effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site retail environment
Prior experience in retail management is highly preferred
Languages
English min., German is a plus.
