Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service in Dutch across various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
Assist customers with order inquiries, returns, refunds, and account management related to e-commerce transactions.
Work closely with internal teams such as logistics and sales to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.




Identify common challenges customers face and provide feedback to improve the customer experience and platform functionality.
Stay up-to-date with the company's products, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information.
Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
Previous experience in customer service, especially within e-commerce, is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms is desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to relocate to Greece with a fully paid relocation package, embracing a new cultural experience
