About the Role
We're hiring a Slovenian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona, from June 1st ** . No experience needed — full training provided. You'll be the first point of contact for Slovenian-speaking customers, resolving queries and delivering great service via phone, email, and chat.
What You'll Do
Handle customer inquiries in Slovenian across phone, email, and live chat
Provide product and service information and resolve issues efficiently
Log interactions in the CRM and meet quality and satisfaction targets
What We're Looking For
Native or near-native Slovenian (essential)
Good English (working language of the office)
No experience required — we train you from day one
Strong communicator with a positive, customer-first attitude
Eligible to work in Spain
