About the Role

Our client, a leader in facility management services in León, Guanajuato , is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sanitation and Cleaning Operations Manager. This pivotal role oversees all aspects of cleaning and sanitation operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

- Direct and manage all daily cleaning and sanitation activities across multiple client sites.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of cleaning staff and supervisors.
- Establish and enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Source and manage relationships with suppliers for cleaning chemicals, equipment, and consumables.
- Conduct regular site inspections and client meetings to ensure service quality and address any concerns.




- Implement new cleaning technologies and methodologies to improve service offerings.
- Develop and maintain operational manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within the cleaning or facility management industry.
- Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and operational logistics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning best practices, sanitation protocols, and relevant regulations.
- Proficiency in using facility management software and standard office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the León area is an advantage.
