We are looking to hire an IT Project Manager ITIL / ITSM with experience in managing technology projects and services, to participate in initiatives related to the onboarding and launch of new services within a large organization. The selected person will be responsible for coordinating the various activities required to ensure the successful transition and onboarding of new services, working across clients, suppliers, and different technical and management teams.

- Gathering and analyzing requirements.
- Monitoring and managing IT projects and/or services.
- Coordinating the different areas involved in launching new services.
- Regular communication with clients and suppliers.
- Preparing and monitoring communication plans.
- Generating progress reports.
- Identifying opportunities to improve and optimize processes.
- Coordinating and monitoring external suppliers.
- Supporting the definition and improvement of procedures and working models.

Требования

- At least 6 years of experience managing IT projects and/or services, performing similar duties.
- At least 6 years of experience communicating with clients and suppliers.
- At least 3 years of experience with ticketing or IT service management tools.




- A university degree or an advanced vocational qualification.
- A current official ITIL certification.
- Hold at least one of the following certifications: Agile / Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2.
- A C1-level certificate in Catalan.
