Role Mission:

As an AI Product & Project Manager, you will shape and deliver the AI roadmap for Operations and Supply Chain, identifying and prioritizing high-value use cases and driving them from concept to adoption.

Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and AI/Data Engineering teams, you will ensure AI solutions are scalable, impactful, and aligned with the company's digital transformation strategy.

Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Transformation, you will lead AI initiatives across areas such as Industry 4.0, IoT, predictive maintenance, production and quality optimization, demand forecasting, inventory management, and Lean transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary interface between AI/Data Engineering teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment on goals, scope, priorities, and operational needs.
- Identify, evaluate and prioritize high-value AI use cases across Operations and Supply Chain.
- Translate business needs into structured product and project requirements.
- Challenge and validate technical decisions to ensure feasibility, scalability, and business impact.
- Protect engineering teams from ad-hoc requests and scope creep, maintaining focus and delivery velocity.




- Own and manage the project “heartbeat” (planning, prioritization, resource management, progress tracking, and reporting).
- Drive delivery for the entire AI product lifecycle (PoC, MVP, Production), ensuring robustness, scalability and adoption of AI solutions.
- Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Business and external stakeholders.
- Identify risks early and proactively manage dependencies and trade-offs.
- Ensure continuous alignment between AI roadmap, product vision and execution

Profile Required:

- Experience: Minimum 4 years in Product and/or Project Management and 3-4 years working on AI, Data, Analytics or Automation initiatives, ideally in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Education: Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related field.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders.
- Technical Fluency: Solid foundation in AI/ML and ability to challenge engineering decisions constructively.
- Product & Delivery: Proven track record delivering AI or data-driven products from PoC through production and adoption, with strong Agile/Scrum experience.
- AI Roadmap & Prioritization: Experience identifying, prioritizing and delivering high-value AI use cases aligned with business objectives.




- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, able to create structure in ambiguity and manage timelines, dependencies, risks and competing priorities.
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in English; French is strongly preferred.
- Industry Experience (Preferred): : Exposure to Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industry 4.0 or related environments. Experience in the fragrance & flavor industry is a plus.
