About the Role

We are looking for a Content Manager to create and manage clear, accurate, and engaging content for our digital asset platform. You will turn complex topics like blockchain, trading, and market news into material that educates users, builds trust, and supports growth across all channels.

Responsibilities

- Plan and maintain the content calendar across blog, social media, newsletters, and help center
- Write and edit articles, guides, market updates, product announcements, and landing page copy
- Create educational content for beginners and advanced users (how-to guides, glossaries, explainers)
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and freelancers to produce visual and video content
- Optimize content for SEO and monitor keyword rankings and organic traffic
- Work with marketing, product, and community teams to support campaigns and launches
- Ensure all content is factual, consistent in tone, and compliant with advertising and regulatory rules
- Track content performance (traffic, engagement, conversions) and improve based on data
- Monitor industry news and trends to produce timely, relevant content
- Manage external writers, translators, and editors,



and maintain quality standards
- Maintain and update brand voice and style guidelines

Requirements

- 2-3+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or content management (fintech, blockchain, or digital assets preferred)
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Good understanding of the digital asset industry, key terms, and current trends
- Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console) and CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
- Strong research skills and attention to factual accuracy
- Ability to explain complex topics in simple language
- Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Understanding of compliance limits when writing about financial products

Nice to Have

- Experience with video scripts, newsletters, or podcast content
- Basic design skills (Canva, Figma) or video editing
- Experience with content localization and translation management
- Additional languages
- Portfolio of published articles in the fintech or digital asset space
