What you will do

- Drive user adoption and increase automation rates of an existing AI-enabled solution.
- Own and prioritise the product backlog with business and IT stakeholders.
- Coordinate project deliverables, risks, dependencies and stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate workshops to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Analyse user feedback, support cases and operational data to identify barriers.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, training, rollout, hypercare and ongoing support.
- Work with IT teams, business experts and external vendors to resolve incidents, bugs and enhancement requests.

What you bring

- Approximately 3-5 years of experience in project management, business analysis,



product ownership or process improvement.
- Experience with digitalisation, automation, AI or business transformation projects.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify process inefficiencies.
- Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops and translating business needs into solution requirements.
- Understanding of process mapping and process optimisation techniques.
- Exposure to ERP, CRM, workflow automation or AI-enabled solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
