We’re building a bootstrapped AI startup and looking for our technical co-founder: someone who wants to build from zero, make product and technology decisions, and create a company with real impact. We’re not looking for an employee; we’re looking for a founding partner.

? Qué harás / What you’ll doES

- Diseñar y construir agentes de IA para flujos de trabajo reales: orquestación, memoria, herramientas, RAG, evaluaciones y despliegue en producción.
- Definir la arquitectura técnica, el stack y las prácticas de ingeniería desde el MVP.
- Liderar el desarrollo full-stack: backend, APIs, infraestructura cloud, bases de datos e integraciones.
- Trabajar codo a codo con el fundador en producto, roadmap, validación con usuarios, GTM y fundraising.
- Contratar y formar al equipo técnico a medida que crezcamos.
- Tomar decisiones clave sobre build vs. buy, seguridad, escalabilidad y coste de inferencia.

- Design and build AI agents for real workflows: orchestration, memory, tools, RAG, evaluations, and production deployment.
- Define the technical architecture, stack, and engineering practices from MVP onward.
- Lead full-stack development: backend, APIs, cloud infrastructure, databases, and integrations.
- Work side by side with the founder on product, roadmap, user validation, GTM, and fundraising.
- Recruit and grow the engineering team as we scale.
- Make key decisions on build vs. buy, security, scalability, and inference cost.





?️ Qué buscamos / What we’re looking forES

- Experiencia demostrable construyendo y lanzando productos con LLMs o agentes de IA en producción.
- Fuerte perfil backend/full-stack: Python o Node.js, APIs, cloud, CI/CD, bases de datos y despliegues.
- Conocimiento práctico de agent frameworks, RAG, vector databases, tool use, evaluaciones y observabilidad.
- Mentalidad de founder: autonomía, velocidad, criterio de producto y tolerancia a la ambigüedad.
- Interés genuino en construir una empresa, no solo escribir código.
- Deseable: experiencia previa en startups, producto B2B/SaaS, automatización de procesos o agentes multi-paso.

- Proven experience building and shipping LLM or AI-agent products in production.
- Strong backend/full-stack background: Python or Node.js, APIs, cloud, CI/CD, databases, and deployments.
- Hands-on knowledge of agent frameworks, RAG, vector databases, tool use, evaluations, and observability.
- Founder mindset: autonomy, speed, product judgment, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Genuine interest in building a company, not just writing code.
- Nice to have: startup experience, B2B/SaaS product experience, workflow automation, or multi-step agents.
