Our products enjoy strong market demand globally with large sales volume and transaction value. We already have a pool of existing clients in the Spanish market waiting for on-site follow-up and further business development. We are now recruiting an international sales representative to be permanently stationed in Spain.

Job Responsibilities

- On-site local account & business management in Spain
- Travel to visit local and surrounding clients to secure new orders
- Develop and implement marketing activities
- Source leads via multiple channels: existing company client database, online marketing leads, domestic & international exhibitions, etc.
- Follow up clients via online communication, negotiate and close sales orders
- Maintain client relationships, prepare quotations, follow sales pipelines and win orders
- Back-office support including sales assistant, documentation & logistics team will handle order fulfillment. Sales rep only focuses on client communication & negotiation
- Participate in on-site frontline management in Spain
- Onboarding training & mentor support will be provided




- Structured training and assessment system during probation period, candidates are required to complete assigned tasks

Requirements

1. Work Arrangement: must work on-site (based in Seville, Spain; remote work is not accepted). Candidates must possess legal residency and a valid work visa for Spain.
2. CET-6 or above, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Spanish language ability is a strong plus and priority consideration.
3. No restriction on academic major; candidates with international trade / export sales experience preferred.
4. Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, excellent communication, expression, learning and coordination skills, good team player with continuous learning mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

- Basic salary (non-commissionable): 6000 CNY + uncapped sales commission. Guaranteed total package (base + commission) ≥ 8000 CNY for the first year.
- Social insurance, double-day weekend, statutory holidays, holiday benefits, annual company trip, team building activities, annual physical examination, birthday benefits, professional training & mentorship.
- Headquarters office: Shijiazhuang, China; Work location: permanently based in Spain

Important note: Candidate must reside in Spain and hold valid legal residency & work permit in Spain.
