Role: MDM Transformation Lead
Location: Barcelona, Spain(3 days/week at client's office)
Note: Pharma Domain Experience is must
Core experience required
- Strong expertise in Master Data Management within life sciences or healthcare, particularly Veeva Network.
- Experience leading customer MDM strategy, roadmaps, data governance, stewardship, and data quality initiatives.
- Understanding of HCP/HCO data, affiliations, hierarchies, matching, survivorship, and integrations with CRM and downstream commercial systems.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements and align business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and testers.
- Cross-functional delivery leadership, including managing scope, risks, dependencies, testing, releases, and business adoption.
