Role Overview

We are outlining a Google Ads Media Buyer role for a performance marketing professional with hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The role focuses on lead generation, campaign efficiency, optimization conversion, and sustainable growth through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.

Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve lead quality and acquisition efficiency.

Track key performance indicators, including CPA, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.

Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, bidding experiments, and landing page testing.

Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics and relevant reporting tools.

Develop strategies to improve lead generation and customer acquisition.

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to improve campaign effectiveness.





Prepare performance reports and provide actionable optimization recommendations.

Required Qualifications

Practical experience managing Google Ads campaigns.

Background in lead generation, customer acquisition, or performance marketing.

Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics.

Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate campaign insights clearly and effectively.

Project Details

Position Type: Remote Contract

Contract Duration: 6 months, potentially extendable

Monthly Compensation: To be confirmed based on experience and project scope

Performance Bonus: Subject to agreed performance targets and project terms
