NTT DATA is hiring an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support to clients. You will identify and resolve incidents, drive resolutions, and ensure SLA adherence across services. You’ll work with Cisco/Juniper/Aruba technologies and maintain CIs, logs and knowledge bases while coordinating with stakeholders to prevent recurrence and improve service quality.
