Your Mission

Lead the definition and delivery of product initiatives within your squad, managing the entire product lifecycle from discovery to launch.

You will act as the link between users, business teams, Product Designers and technical teams, ensuring that real user needs are translated into useful, feasible product solutions aligned with the strategy defined by the Product Lead.

What will your day-to-day look like?

- Turn user and business needs into simple, valuable product solutions.
- Own and prioritise the squad’s backlog, balancing user value, business impact and delivery effort.
- Define clear features, user stories and requirements for Design, Development and QA teams.
- Work closely with Product Designers, Product Leads, Product Engineers, QA, Engineering Managers, Data teams and other Product Managers.
- Take part in Agile ceremonies and keep delivery moving from discovery to launch.
- Make day-to-day product decisions, manage scope and align stakeholders around realistic priorities.
- Use data, user feedback and tools such as Metabase to measure impact and guide decisions.
- Keep product documentation up to date and continuously improve the way we work.
- Use AI tools to work smarter, accelerate analysis and explore new solutions.

What are we looking for?

- 3 to 5 years of experience in digital Product Management,



ideally in internal, enterprise or B2B environments.
- Experience coordinating a development squad and leading through influence.
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum and/or Kanban.
- Strong understanding of user needs, UX principles and product discovery.
- Ability to turn complex business problems into clear, actionable solutions.
- Data-driven mindset, with experience using product metrics and analytics tools such as Metabase.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for productivity, research and problem-solving.
- A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
- Fluent English, minimum B2 level. Additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in the automotive industry or a fast-paced, international environment is valued.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a high level of autonomy and a strong continuous improvement mindset.

- Competitive salary: €50K to €65K.
