Role Description The Sales Engineer at HYDAC Group is a full-time, on-site role based in Seville. This role is responsible for providing technical guidance on HYDAC products and solutions, preparing proposals, and supporting the sales process from initial inquiry through order fulfillment.

The Sales

Engineer collaborates with customers to understand application requirements, recommends appropriate hydraulic and fluid technology solutions, and conducts product demonstrations or presentations as needed. Day-to-day tasks include handling technical and commercial inquiries, coordinating with internal engineering and production teams, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and ensuring timely follow-up on opportunities. The role also involves occasional customer visits, participation in trade fairs or technical events, and contributing feedback to improve products and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions.




- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Customer Service skills to manage the full sales cycle, nurture relationships, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear technical writing and confident verbal communication in meetings and presentations.
- Candidates should possess a relevant technical background, preferably a degree or vocational training in engineering (mechanical, industrial, or related field), or equivalent experience.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools, strong problem-solving abilities, and a structured, detail-oriented working style.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, a customer-focused mindset, and a willingness to travel locally for client visits when required.
- Candidates should possess prior experience in hydraulics, fluid technology, or industrial automation as an advantage, along with Spanish fluency; additional European languages are beneficial.
