Sales Specialist position open at a small challenger brand of healthy food. Our office is located in Eixample, Barcelona (Metro Entença).

TEMPORARY ROLE ONLY: FROM 06/11 TILL 20/11 + 2 DAYS OF (PAID) TRAINING BEFORE THOSE DATES.

The role includes

Organize and prepare order shipments for our B2B clients

Make the inputs of all sales in software Quickbooks

Communicate with current and prospective clients using phone, email & Whatsapp

Prepare standard and ad-hoc quotes to prospective B2B clients

Stock management (order stock movements between warehouses)

Receive and count stock orders in our store/office

Keep the store clean and organized

Participate in the development of Sales Plan and to reach Sales Targets

Requirements

Intermediate level of Excel (navigate throught sheets, vlookup functions, pivot table)

Fluent English (DESIRABLE) & Spanish (MANDATORY)

Hours: monday to friday, 10h-17h (35h/week)

Salary: 750 Euros (NET) fixed FOR THE 13 BUSINESS DAYS WORKED.
