We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for our Spanish Market, to join our team in Ceuta.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will support our players across Paf’s Spanish market through live chat and email. You will assist them with inquiries, guide them through technical or account issues, and ensure they consistently receive a professional, friendly, and helpful experience.

This role is idóneo for someone eager to learn, open to new challenges, and excited to work in a fast-paced, international environment.

Your profile

- Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong English skills for internal communication across international teams
- Based in Ceuta or willing to relocate
- Previous experience in online customer support is a plus (especially within the iGaming industry)
- Service-minded, empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented
- Structured, reliable, and keen to learn
