NTT DATA is hiring an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) for the Madrid region. You will provide remote technical support to clients, identify and resolve incidents, and drive restoration to meet SLAs. The role requires basic networking knowledge, a IT/Computing degree, and networking certifications. You will work with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba and Riverbed technologies, documenting issues and collaborating with teams in a multicultural environment.
