We are looking for a Supply Chain Launch Specialist to join our Supply Chain Team at our San Agustín de Guadalix site!

What you'll be rocking:

End-to-End Product Launch Coordination:

- Lead and coordinate new product launches (B2B/B2C, industrialization, SAG transfers, and new pack sizes) from initial planning through post-closure tracking.
- Gather and validate all technical and logistics data required for new launches, ensuring a seamless handover to planning and procurement teams.

Cross-Functional & International Stakeholder Alignment:

- Act as the central liaison between internal departments (Regulatory Affairs, QA, Legal, Supply Chain, Planning, Artworks, and Business Development).
- Coordinate directly with external partners, including integral clients, CMOs, and suppliers, ensuring on-time project execution and forecast alignment.

Special Projects & LCM Integration:

- Manage non-standard supply chain operations, special import authorizations, and intercompany opportunities across group companies.
- Support Life Cycle Management (LCM) initiatives by coordinating technical requirements from a supply chain perspective.

Project Tracking & Real-Time Reporting:

- Maintain real-time launch and transfer milestones using tracking tools like Smartsheet and ERP systems.
- Generate periodic launch status reports and provide partners with necessary technical and logistical documentation.

Workflow Optimization & AI Innovation:





- Actively participate in streamlining launch schedules and operational workflows.
- Leverage emerging digital technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance tracking, eliminate bottlenecks, and optimize operational efficiency.

What you bring to the table:

- 1 to 4 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Planning, Project Management, or B2B Customer Service.
- Solid background or exposure to product launches, tech transfers, or industrialization within pharmaceutical, dermocosmetics, or related regulated environments (CMO/CDMO or B2B experience preferred).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP) and project management tracking tools (Smartsheet, Excel).

Educational milestone:

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration (ADE), Supply Chain Management, Operations, or an equivalent technical/scientific degree.
- Excellent command of English and Spanish, both spoken and written (essential for daily interaction with international clients and cross-group partners).
