About the Opportunity

Brickstonestate, a Mallorca-based real estate business, is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Software Developer / Technical Co-Founder to join as a long-term business partner.

Our vision is to transform our existing real estate platform into a scalable, technology-driven B2B Real Estate Hub, connecting real estate agencies and professionals through a shared digital ecosystem.

Rather than operating as another traditional property portal, we aim to create a collaborative marketplace where independent real estate agencies can share property listings, discover opportunities, and facilitate property sales and transactions with one another.

Our ambition extends beyond Mallorca and Spain. We envision a platform with the potential to expand internationally.

The Business ConceptThe platform will enable participating real estate agencies to:

- Upload, manage, and share their property portfolios.
- Access property listings from other participating agencies.
- Collaborate on property sales and purchases.
- Connect with other agencies and establish commercial relationships.
- Manage property enquiries, referrals, and potential commission-sharing arrangements.
- Benefit from additional services through third-party providers, including insurance, legal assistance, and professional training.

The business model will focus on recurring membership or subscription revenue, supported by additional commercial opportunities within the real estate ecosystem.



Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a technically capable individual with an entrepreneurial mindset who is interested in becoming a business partner rather than simply an employee or external contractor.

The adecuado candidate will have:

- Strong experience in full-stack software development.
- Expertise in building scalable web platforms, SaaS products, or online marketplaces.
- Knowledge of database architecture, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and system security.
- Experience developing multi-user platforms with different access permissions.
- The ability to design and lead the technical development of a platform from concept to commercial launch.
- A practical understanding of product development, scalability, and ongoing maintenance.
- A genuine interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, and long-term business growth.

Previous experience in PropTech, real estate platforms, CRM systems, or B2B marketplaces would be an advantage.

Partnership Structure

This is not a conventional salaried software development position.

We are looking to establish a genuine business partnership in which both parties contribute their respective expertise and work towards shared commercial success.

My contribution as the business founder:

- Existing real estate business and digital platform.
- Business concept, market knowledge, and commercial strategy.
- Business development, sales, marketing,



and customer acquisition.
- Building relationships with real estate agencies and strategic partners.
- Commercial management and international expansion.

Your contribution as the technical partner:

- Technical strategy and software architecture.
- Platform development and technology leadership.
- Product implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
- Technical innovation and scalability.
- Building or managing a development team as the business grows.

An appropriate equity participation or shareholder arrangement can be discussed and negotiated based on the candidate's experience, responsibilities, contribution, and long-term commitment. Our Long-Term Vision
