GBSB Global Business School is seeking motivated and research-oriented Full-Time Faculty members specializing in Digital Transformation, Entrepreneurship & Technology to join our Madrid Campus in January 2027.

We particularly welcome applications from recent PhD graduates looking to develop their academic careers through teaching, research, and institutional engagement.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate education within an international academic environment, working with students from over 60 nationalities.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Digital Transformation, Entrepreneurship, and Technology, including Digital Business Models, Innovation Management, and Technology-Driven Entrepreneurship.
- Teach specialized subjects such as Artificial Intelligence in Business, Digital Strategy, and Emerging Technologies, depending on expertise.
- Supervise bachelor's and master's dissertations and participate in thesis defense committees.
- Support students in business research, innovation projects, and technology-related academic activities.
- Contribute to curriculum development, academic quality assurance, and faculty initiatives.
- Maintain an active research agenda and contribute to academic publications and scholarly activities.

What We're Looking For

- PhD in Digital Transformation, Entrepreneurship, Technology,



Innovation Management, or a closely related field, preferably completed within the last two years.
- At least one year of relevant university-level teaching experience; experience teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of digital transformation, entrepreneurship, innovation, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent command of English, our language of instruction.
- Enthusiasm for teaching, research, innovation, and student success.
- Ability to thrive in an international and multicultural academic environment.

Research Expectations

We encourage faculty members to grow as researchers while building their academic careers. The position includes an expectation of at least one peer-reviewed Scopus-indexed journal article and three intellectual contributions or scholarly achievements over a rolling five-year period.
