NTT DATA is hiring a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) in Madrid. This entry-level role provides remote technical support to clients, identifying and resolving incidents to restore services and meet SLA targets. You will work with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and Riverbed technologies, maintaining records and coordinating with stakeholders. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent, plus associate networking certifications.
