We are looking for a Lead Creative Manager to lead the creative activity and marketing campaigns along with UA manager. You will own creative production for the apps and play a central role in turning great mobile products into global hit





Prioritize and drive creative production for multiple apps based on product and user acquisition strategy

Analyze performance, define action plans, and hit KPIs

Recruit, coach, and increase talent density

Discover new creative concepts, and share best practices internally

Lead key projects to test new tools, improve processes, etc.

The role will evolve into a strategic position to lead a large squad of creatives and the global strategy.

You have 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, in the gaming and/or mobile apps industry

You have a track record of collaborating with people in a creative field

You’ve successfully led high-impact projects

You speak and write English fluently

You wish to work in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility

Compensation : Competitive upon profile.
