Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join the Guildford branch on a 21-hour-per-week rota basis, Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm. You will greet customers, handle transactions, assist with technology in-branch, and support callers in the contact centre. You’ll build relationships, resolve queries, and develop knowledge of Santander’s services while thriving in a multi-skilled, collaborative team environment.
