About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Técnico de Instalación y Mantenimiento de Maquinaria to join their manufacturing operations in León, Guanajuato . This role is crucial for ensuring the proper installation, functioning, and upkeep of all production machinery. The adecuado candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, a solid understanding of various types of industrial equipment, and a proven ability to perform both routine maintenance and complex repairs. Key Responsibilities

- Install new machinery and equipment according to specifications and safety standards.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all types of production machinery.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical failures in equipment, including motors, pumps, conveyors, and other systems.
- Dismantle, clean, lubricate, adjust, and reassemble machinery as needed.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency repair requests to minimize production loss.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to guide maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed,



parts used, and time spent on tasks.
- Collaborate with production staff to schedule maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption.
- Identify opportunities for improving machinery performance and reliability.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Machinery Installation and Maintenance Technician.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of industrial equipment, including hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
- Experience with welding and basic fabrication is a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in León, Guanajuato , and potentially flexible hours.
