Key Responsibilities

Design and optimize heat transfer equipment such as heat exchangers, radiators, and cooling systems.

Perform detailed thermal analysis and simulations using specialized software (e.g., ANSYS Fluent, COMSOL) to predict thermal performance.

Select appropriate materials and components considering thermal properties, cost, and operating conditions.

Develop and validate thermal models through experimental testing and data analysis.

Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for thermal systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate thermal solutions into larger product designs.





Troubleshoot thermal performance issues and implement corrective actions.

Stay current with advancements in heat transfer technology, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and related fields.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a strong emphasis on thermodynamics and heat transfer.

Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in the design and analysis of heat transfer systems.

Proficiency in thermal analysis software and CAD tools.

Solid understanding of heat transfer principles, including conduction, convection, and radiation.

Experience with CFD analysis and validation is essential.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively within a team.
