- Advising customers and providing attentive, helpful service at the fish counter.
- Preparing, scaling, cleaning, filleting, and cutting various types of fresh fish and seafood according to customer preferences.
- Handling and presenting fresh stock in compliance with food safety and retail standards.
- Keeping the counter and preparation area clean, organised, and appealing throughout the working day.

To succeed in this position, hands-on professional expertise is strictly required. The key requirements are:





- Proven experience working as a fishmonger or seafood assistant in a retail, market, or supermarket environment.
- Strong practical knife skills and deep familiarity with cutting, gutting, and filleting techniques.
