At Capitole, we’re looking for a

Cybersecurity GRC Specialist

to join an international project for a leading client in the

automotive sector . You’ll be part of a global cybersecurity environment, working on governance, risk and compliance while collaborating with IT and security teams across different countries.

What you’ll do

Monitor cybersecurity

KPIs, risks and security findings .

Perform

risk assessments

and follow up remediation actions.

Support

vulnerability and incident management

processes.

Maintain and review

security controls, standards and policies .





Ensure alignment with cybersecurity requirements across IT environments.

Prepare security documentation, reports and status presentations.

Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to identify risks and improve security practices.

What we’re looking for

Around

2-3 years of experience in Cybersecurity , ideally within GRC, governance, risk or compliance.

Knowledge of

ISO 27001, NIS2 and NIST .

Experience or exposure to risk management, security controls, vulnerabilities or incidents.

Good analytical and organisational skills.

Good level of English

for an international environment.

Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Software Engineering, Information Security or a related field.

German is a plus, but not required.

Fullremote

Schedule:

40h/week, adaptable schedule with reduced hours on Fridays

The employee will adhere to information security policies:

-Will have access to confidential information related to Capitole and the project they are working on.

-Must comply with the security policies and internal policies of the company and the client.
