The Role: You will be expected to serve as LOEWE Perfumes’ ambassador by promoting and selling the brand’s products, following the brand guidelines and business objectives in this market. Job responsibilities

Sell LOEWE Perfumes products and provide a high standard customer service throughout the whole sale. Increase brand awareness and loyalty among consumers. Identify, understand, and reformulate the customers’ needs. Monitoring of the competition (special actions, launches, etc.). Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers. Develop personal and durable relationships with customers, through IT loyalty program, sampling, etc. Participate in merchandising maintenance / inventory according to corporate guidelines. Monitor stock levels and report any issues to ensure the enough products / items in the store. Conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks. Profile

Skills: Drive, results-oriented. Customer oriented. Autonomy and proactivity. Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent. Advanced Spanish and English. Other languages highly valuable. Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). 2 years of previous professional experience in retail or service industry, ideally in the luxury, beauty, or fashion environment.
