sector. About the Role Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of investment analysts responsible for in-depth financial research and market analysis. Develop and execute investment strategies across diverse asset classes (equities, fixed income, alternatives) to achieve targeted returns. Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential investments, including valuation, risk assessment, and scenario planning. Oversee the creation and presentation of investment recommendations and portfolio reviews to senior management and investment committees. Monitor global economic trends, geopolitical events, and market dynamics impacting investment performance. Implement and refine robust risk management frameworks for all investment activities. Collaborate with portfolio managers to ensure alignment between research, strategy, and execution. Stay at the forefront of investment management best practices, innovation, and regulatory changes. Contribute to the firm's overall strategic direction and business development initiatives. Requirements Master's degree or PhD in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field. CFA charterholder or equivalent is strongly preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in investment management, equity research, portfolio management, or a related financial analysis role. Proven track record of successful investment decision-making and delivering superior returns. Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, portfolio construction, and risk management. Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience leading remote teams. Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of integral financial markets and various investment instruments. Proficiency with advanced financial analysis software and data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet). Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and drive results in a remote environment.
