Experience: 3 Years minimum System: SAP S/4 HANA The SAP Tech Lead plays a key role within the Co E framework, ensuring the stability, performance, and technical evolution of the SAP landscape. Working in close alignment with the SAP Co E, this role combines technical leadership, operational oversight, and cross-functional coordination to support secure, scalable, and business-aligned SAP solutions. The position acts as a key technical reference point for platform improvements, integrations, and ongoing innovation initiatives. You will serve as the primary technical point of reference, supporting the design and implementation of new changes, project initiatives, and critical AMS issues. In this role, you will: Support the enablement of the SAP Co E strategy in technical perspective Follow standards, methodologies, and best practices for SAP solutions Ensure clear ownership of platform administration, security, integrations, and governance Support, lead by SAP Co E, the adoption of the general business model and promote innovation across the SAP landscape Monitor system performance, stability, and integrations according to Co E Strategy and Basis and AMS tools Provide operational and technical support across application management, infrastructure coordination, and change management Support the adoption of new SAP capabilities and innovation initiatives Design and develop solution ensuring continuous improvement by optimizing business processes and system design Support AMS activities,



BPs in case of issues or technical enhancements and business needs You will collaborate with Business Partners and development team to deliver agreed changes and enhancements across both existing and future applications; you will check the proposal solution on a technical point of view. In addition, you will support critical operational activities to accelerate ticket resolution, in close collaboration with the AMS team. A core responsibility of the role is to provide technical leadership: mentoring developers, defining best practices, reviewing code, and ensuring high standards in quality, performance, and maintainability. You will also contribute directly to development activities, particularly for more complex components. You will closely engage with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, while supporting testing, release, and continuous improvement activities. Furthermore, you will design and oversee integrations with external systems and promote the adoption of modern SAP technologies. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for:



Support functional and technical teams in shaping solution proposals and designing processes in collaboration with Business Partners Support AMS system integrators in managing business escalations and urgent issues Coordinate with third-party vendors and external suppliers Collaborate with the Basis team on technical operations and platform stability Lead SAP development activities and provide technical guidance across initiatives Develop and troubleshoot complex SAP solutions when hands-on support is required Design and implement technical solutions aligned with business and architectural requirements What You Need to Succeed Technical Skills Strong ABAP development experience and a solid SAP technical background Professional experience of at least 5–7 years in a similar role within multinational or consulting environments Experience with integration technologies such as RFC, BAPI, IDoc, OData, and REST APIs Knowledge of SAP Fiori, UI5, SAP BTP, and modern development tools such as Git and Business Application Studio Experience in SAP integrations, interface design, and SAP Cloud Integration Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SAP certifications as a plus Fluent business English, both written and spoken Soft Skills & Other Requirements Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities Self-starting attitude and ease in building effective interpersonal relationships Comfortable working both independently and within small or large teams Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, depending on project needs #J-18808-Ljbffr
