On behalf of a distinguished client, we are searching for an experienced Director of Hospitality & Events to take full ownership of a private members' club with integrated event facilities and hotel operations. This is a rare opportunity for a commercially minded hospitality leader to shape unforgettable experiences while driving tangible business results.

You will hold end-to-end responsibility for both the club and its hospitality offering — ensuring every member, guest and client enjoys a flawless experience — while also owning the vision, promotion and delivery of the group's full calendar of events, brand activations and signature experiences. Your mandate: make every occasion profitable, elevate the brand, and grow the business.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day operations across the property, never compromising on service standards.
- Build lasting loyalty among members and guests through a genuinely personal touch.
- Orchestrate the many moving parts of the operation — front desk, dining, events, maintenance, housekeeping and external partners.
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies.
- Craft and deliver an annual programme of events, experiences and activations for the group.
- Spot opportunities to attract visitors, raise the venue's profile and win new members and clients.
- Oversee the full spectrum of occasions: corporate, social, cultural, culinary and brand-led.
- Manage the ecosystem of agencies, vendors,



sponsors and partners that makes it all possible.
- Ensure every event runs seamlessly, protecting both the guest experience and the brand's reputation.
- Set clear revenue and profitability targets for every event and business line.
- Build budgets, keep costs in check and make the most of available resources.
- Design commercial strategies to grow income across events, accommodation, dining and sponsorship.
- Track and interpret performance data — occupancy, revenue, margins, ROI — to guide decisions.
- Make sure every activation makes a positive contribution to the bottom line and the group's strategy.
- Recruit, inspire and grow high-performing operations and events teams.
- Champion a culture built on service excellence and results.
- Set clear goals and hold the team accountable for delivering them.

Key requirements:

- A degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing or a related field.
- 7–10+ years of senior experience in hotel management, private clubs, premium hospitality or events.
- A proven track record of organising high-end events and curated experiences.
- A genuinely commercial mindset — you think in terms of sales, revenue and return.
- Demonstrated fluency with budgets and P&L; management.
- Outstanding leadership, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Full professional English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
