We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join the Core Team of a leading European tech company. This central team develops the libraries, internal tools and foundational components used by all product teams. It is a high-impact role with strong autonomy and technical ownership, in a cloud-native, distributed environment. Задачи

Design and develop reusable backend libraries and shared components. Support multiple teams with scalable and maintainable solutions. Contribute to the migration from a monolith to a microservices architecture. Improve system performance, reliability and observability. Drive best practices: clean code, testing and architecture standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a distributed environment. Требования

5+ years of experience in backend development. Strong experience with Python (FastAPI and/or Django). Experience with microservices and distributed systems.



Solid understanding of REST APIs and system design. Experience with databases and messaging systems. Strong focus on code quality (Clean Code, SOLID, TDD/BDD). Comfortable working in agile environments (Scrum / Kanban). Proactive mindset, ownership and strong team collaboration skills. English C1 (mandatory). Условия
