ABOUT THE ROLEThe Reservations Trainee will perform duties as a Reservations Agent. Daily tasks will include processing individual guest reservations by email and telephone, following the Small Luxury Hotels of the World and Forbes standards; creating and maintaining reservation records; processing booking cancellations and modifications; and providing guests with information about the hotel’s facilities and Ibiza Island. ¿Le interesa este puesto? As a Reservations Agent Trainee, you will be proactive in providing exceptional service to guests and travel agents. Program length : 5 to 6 months Starting date : February – March 2027 WHAT´S IN IT FOR YOU
You will have the opportunity to acquire general knowledge of the reservations department while learning about our standards and systems. You will get to know the different areas of the hotel. Free accommodation in a shared room; shared apartment. Free meal during working hours.



Internship allowance of 500€ gross per month. WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
Enrolled in Hospitality and Hotel Management (Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree). Fluency in English and Spanish is essential (C1 level). Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous hospitality experience are desirable. Passion for delivering excellent guest service, with good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. Effective problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset. Eligible to work in the EU and based in Ibiza during the internship. *Playa Real S.
