We are seeking an experienced Team Leader of EARLY YEARS who brings a high standard towards Early Childhood, a progressive perspective & someone who can invigorate & inspire a team of Early Childhood professionals. This is a temporary role working Full Time (hours days adaptable), starting ASAP. Your responsibilities:



Working in partnership with children, families & the wider community Lead and support the professional development of the Educators and Teachers, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Always ensure the safety and well-being of all children, following all policies and procedures. Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations. Foster a positive and inclusive culture that promotes teamwork and respect for diversity The Requirements:
ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
