The Barcelona EDITION is seeking an experienced Cook to join its culinary team in Barcelona. You will prepare meals according to recipes, regulate oven temperatures, thaw ingredients, ensure proper portions and garnishes, and maintain detailed food logs to meet quality standards.
Responsibilities also include supporting management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching staff while upholding safety policies in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.
