As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will: Respond appropriately tocustomers’requests andprovideall the necessary advice guaranteeing satisfaction and ensuring contractual SLA is maintained Escalate potential service issues To follow all the processes and procedures of the project Provide cover for other Agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams Liaise with Supervisors/ Mentors on specific projectswhererequested To understand andcomply withadministrative duties including holiday,sicknessand overtime forms ina timelyandaccuratemanner To attend regular Team Meetings To work onadditionaltasks required by Supervisor or Mentor connected to keeping up the service performance,qualityand customer satisfaction Your qualifications:We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
