Support customers via phone, email, and chat Handle banking-related inquiries and front desk incidents Deliver fast, accurate, and customer-oriented solutions Maintain high service quality standards Ensure efficient resolution of customer issues Provide professional support to German-speaking clients Training & Working Hours Initial Training First 5 weeks: 09:00 – 15:00 (initial schedule) Gradual increase up to 35h/week From Week 6 onwards: Full-time: 39h/week Available Shifts (Madrid Only) Morning: 07:00 – 16:00 (8-hour shifts) Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates who: Are native German speakers (mandatory) Have Spanish xlqxfvg level B2 or higher Are confident in customer communication Can multitask in a fast-paced environment Have strong empathy and problem-solving skills Have experience in customer service or banking (a plus, not required) Recruitment Process Record a 2-minute video introduction in German 175-word handwritten German test Final review by German banking recruitment manager Why Madrid?
