Be the first point of contact for customers and partners via phone, chat, and email Handle after-sales topics: order status, product details, invoicing, and complaints Work with a range of internal and external tools to find fast, accurate solutions Take on escalated cases and turn them into satisfied customers Grow into roles such as mentor, trainer, or Quality Assurance specialist What we're looking for
