Santander UK in Fareham is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to support customers in-branch and by phone. The role is 21 hours per week on a rota basis between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday, at Fareham Branch.

You will be a listener and problem solver, handling transactions, assisting with technology in the banking hall, and protecting customers against fraud. A multi-skilled, versátil approach is key.
